I enjoy working on all my projects—each presents a unique design challenge and enables me to learn more about my client’s subjects’ as I work. Working for the National Honey Board (NHB) has been a particularly special treat, as it ties together the professional with a very personal and emotional part of my growing up—honey bees. My grandfather is an entomologist, and as far as I’m concerned I’ve been his lab assistant (mostly willingly) since time immemorial. I fell in love with the NHB brand since the day I worked on the new business PowerPoint pitch deck for Porter Novelli, and since then my appreciation for both the topic and the style has only grown. My love for this topic only gained extra validation, when the “Hive to Table Mailer & VR” won a 2018 ADDY.

Designed and made print-ready files with minimum creative input for all pieces of the mailer, including: shipping box, mailer box, VR Goggle, custom USB drive, stand, and preloaded collateral factsheets.
